    Highly recommend this branch of AXA to all in the area! I have insured my car with the assistance of Jean-Philippe and I can’t thank him enough. He made the process easy, stress-free and incredibly efficient! He also speaks perfect English and even offered to help me to understand the documentation provided in French. Any time I had a question or concern his response was quick, informative and professional. Thank you very much to AXA and Jean-Philippe!

    I couldn't be happier with the service I received with Axa in Divonne. I dealt with an incredibly helpful Claims Manager , called Sophie, who spoke perfect English and was very responsive from the first moment we spoke. In a few hours, my claim had been processed, the expert had been organized and a garage had been confirmed for the repair. It was a very stressful time when I first had the accident but having someone take ownership of the claim so quickly and resolve all my concerns made a huge difference. For anyone looking for a local insurer who take pride in what they do and put customers first, I would highly recommend them. They also speak excellent English for those of us still trying to master French!

    As a British expat. living in France I have been a client of AXA for motor cycle insurance for more than a decade. The Covid pandemic unfortunately was instrumental in the closure of my local insurance broker. For over two years I have been unable to communicate with that company either in person or by correspondence. I became aware of the AXA premises in Divonne les Bains and yesterday 17th. May had the great good fortune to meet and explain my changed insurance requirement to Mr. Jean-Philippe Quiniere Gestionnaire en Assurance. He is a charming multi-lingual professional who within twenty-four hours resolved my previous issues and provided a perfect solution. I have no hesitation in recommending the benefit of dealing with AXA direct rather than through a broker; and the professional service of Mr. Quiniere.

    I bought a new motorbike and needed an insurance policy quickly as I wanted to pick the bike up that afternoon. I explained the urgency to one of their advisers (Jean-Philippe Quiniere) who was very helpful / responsive, he provided a quotation and we signed the agreement there and then. Although I wasn't expecting to deal with an English speaker M. Quiniere spoke perfect English and explained that their claims team can assist with claims in English if necessary. I know many people that pay high premiums for English speaking insurance providers in France but there really is no need with a local agency like this. I will look at using them for my car and house insurance too. Highly recommend them!

    Cette agence est un VRAIE agence d'assurance. On y trouve de très bons conseils de bon père de famille (Merci Jean-Philippe) et un service sinitre qui connait notre dossier sur le bout des doigts. Pas besoin de tout réexpliquer à chaque appel, ce qui est plutôt agréable lorsqu'on a un sinistre. Je recommande vivement et les yeux fermés.
