    Ben is a great guy and helps us save money on our car insurance every month. Every other quote we got was 20-40% higher but MMA was able to give us better coverage for less! Definitely 5 stars.

    The agency itself is pretty useless. They sell products, which now anyone can buy online, but whenever you need any help with MMA's slow and messy bureaucracy they can only offer a phone number to customer support. The insurance itself is greatly overpriced and after-accident processes are cumbersome and inefficient. Twice we've lost hours on the phone and car for 2 full days to get the employee to finally take pictures of the car. Finally MMA tried to force the mechanic to re-use broken parts instead of ordering new ones... We've switched to twice cheaper insurance straight away - same conditions, while standards couldn't be lower anyway. Edit in response to the owner's response: Indeed we are not clients anymore, for the exact reasons mentioned above. We were clients for 2 years and had 2 really minor car incidents. Both were processed poorly and when we approached your agency for help, after the first issues encountered with MMA customer service, we were turned back with nothing. We were told you only sell stuff and offer no claim-management there. Also there is no 'external expert's fault here, as all our communication happened with MMA, all the mess was introduced by MMA's internal bureaucracy itself - never ending repetitive forms, hours on the phone, finally our request being completely lost and forgotten(!). Exactly what we wanted to avoid, by having an agency around... Last, but not least pushing mechanic to re-use broken parts also came from MMA and not any external agent (all that to spare ~200-300EUR, while our premium was more than 2000EUR). Not to mention. that if you outsource work it is your responsibility to hire reliable people. And sure, it's mostly MMA being terribly managed and highly overpriced, not your agency itself. But MMA is all you offer and claims are done with MMA and it was you that rejected us any help with the claims.

    Very helpful, reliable, willing to help/explain things to clients staff. Professional treatment. Responsive on emails too. Good english speaking personnel. Very positive experience.

    Got a quick call back when they didn’t pick up the phone. Overall was very pleasant experience with Lea, who went extra mile translating the documents on the fly with google translate and was very kind

    [avis d'un professionnel] Les assurances sont des piliers importants pour le bon déroulement d'une entreprise. C'est pourquoi j'ai décidé de faire confiance à l'agence MMA, et surtout à son directeur Mr BRYS. Il est de t r è s bon conseils et très professionnel. Réactif à toutes nos demandes. C'est appréciable quand le travail est carré et bien fait. Je recommande les yeux fermés, avec des prix très compétiteurs.

    Benjamin Brys est un professionnel comme il devient rare d'en trouver ..très à l'écoute et expert de la région et du sujet frontalier il a su nous proposer la solution idéale de couverture santé avec un prix très attractif sans essayer de nous vendre des services additionnels inutiles. L'équipe de manière générale est très professionnelle, réactive et sympathique. Allez y en tout confiance !

    Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'agence MMA BRYS-CANSELL qui est toujours disponible et à l'écoute de ses clients, d'une réactivité comme il ne se fait plus beaucoup de nos jours. Merci à Benjamin, à Pierre et leur équipe de nous accompagner très professionnellement et personnellement à chacune de nos demandes. Je vous conseille vivement cette compagnie d'assurance.
