    Agence Eaton gave us excellent service in finding insurance for our new French car. Emails were replied to within hours, Gordon was very helpful on the phone with an exceptional level of English, my questions were answered completely. We are now going to ask them to quote for the insurance on our apartment. I certainly recommend them.

    A really excellent service from Agence Eaton, who insure my car with Generali! I had to make an insurance claim and was given help and support to do this, including being supplied with a bi-lingual accident report form. This was an enormous help because it ensured I fully understood what detail was required. They also made the procedure to have my car repaired very simple - I was emailed a list of approved repairers, from which I chose one and notified Agence Eaton of my choice. I was told within one hour to make an appointment at the repairers and arrange for the car to be repaired. I'm delighted - thank you.

    I seriously don't know how I would have managed without help from Gordon and the team. The system is pretty complicated, especially as a foreigner without a French Driver's License. Gordon was able to navigate through it all for me and sort everything and all thankfully in perfect English! And when I needed the insurance in quick time they jumped straight on it and got it back to me in time for me to pick up my car. I had copies of all the major documents; drivers licenses, International Drivers Permits, Passports etc. I'd advise you to have electronic copies of all your docs before you start! Great Service. Thanks!

    I am very happy to have found Agence Eaton. They are top notch in all respects. Competitively priced, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, multilingual and experienced. I had switched from another major insurance company that was very difficult to deal with. After researching and talking to several other Insurance Companies/Agencies, I decided on Eaton.     A very helpful and responsive company, which arranged insurance for my French-registered car. I would try this outfit first if seeking car insurance in France. The staff speak and write English, although I hope that those non-French people who are insuring cars in France make some effort to speak French!
