Assurances Velo's customer support is brilliant. I have 2 high value bikes insured with them and unfortunately broke one of them. Nesrine was really helpful and responded to my emails quickly to get my claim sorted as soon as possible. The form on their website doesn't seem to work so the best way to make a claim is to talk to one of the team. Manon in sales is really helpful and is totally transparent about what is included in your insurance package. I'm usually very sceptical of the insurance industry so to find a company that is trustworthy and reliable with great service and people on the other end of the phone or email is worth every penny.

We had an issue with our GRX shifter that Shimano's after sale service did not consider, but was perfectly managed by the insurance!
