    the person i spoke to truly made it so simple for me, he was professional with an amazing customer service, also polite, very polite which is a rare thing in this country unfortunately. i wish i remembered his name. he deserves a promotion. the call was made at 11:44 April the 24th, thank you

    I cannot believe how many problems I have had with this agency. There is a big disynchronisation between its department. When I call, their employee tell me one thing and some days after another employee tell me other things. They always try to comfort me and ask me to wait to wait until taking my money. The way they behave is always unjust with "noreply" emails. They gave me wrong guide, and at the end I have to send them back the DriveBox, then they say that they don't receive it even though LaPoste had confirmed its arrival. And so they charge me for 150 euros more. Even though I have made so many phone calls trying to prevent it from happen. They want to bring benefits to themselves without caring about the client and blame the error to... "LaPoste" Really disappointed, struggle and angry for the last 6 months.

    We've had a really bad experience with Direct Assurance. If you want to overpay only to argue with this company and get no help nor compensation out of your contract, this is the place to be. Contacting them is extremely complicated, there is very little transparency during the processing of claims and our counseler was anything but receptive, helpful nor skilled. They really don't care, they just want your money. One of the worst decisions I ever made was signing a contract with them. I'm counting the days until my contract is cancelled. Last thing: be wary of the many fake reviews (it's very obvious) that Direct Assurance writes themselves on here. This is illegal, too.

    5 star client service, Virginie was so helpful and patient on answering all my questions, the problem was resolved.

    Avoid dealing with this company, is absolutely unprofessional, customer care and help line are just robots. After chatting with client service assistant bringing all requested papers and receiving the copy of insurance certificate, it was rejected in 10 minutes without clear reason.

    I had a truly bad experience with Direct Assurance. Our apartment was disrupted by a major fire. I called at 11am asking for temporary accommodation for me, my wife and our two children. Seven hours later and after multiple calls, they had failed to book anywhere. This is a simple job and clearly their responsibility. What am I paying for if they cannot find housing for two young children in a crisis?
