    Not possible to write a review with 0 stars. LSA courtage and Merci Victor by direct assurance refuse to end my contract even after I received email confirmation from them that the contract has been terminated. They continue to debit money and when I call them, they say my contract is still active. I have no other way but to take this up legally. Stay away from anything to do with this organisation.

    Zero response! We have tried to contact them via phone and email with no response at all. There customer service is terrible. We have tried all their emails, info@, communications@ and there support page, nothing??????

    Disgusting service. 2 and a half YEARS since my husband's accident and this company is STILL pretending that the other party's 'hasn't replied to them'. Lies. Illegal conduct. Whatever you do don't buy insurance from this crooked company.

    One of the worst company out there. They are threatning me on illegitimate ground in hope to steal money from me. Do not contract with them or any or they affiliates. I.e. Assure people.
