I've had a contract for 2 years now and they've increased the price (12%) with no explanation or incident, and also asked for an ad-hoc régularisation of the monthly payment. The customer service woman was rude, didn't listen and kept interrupting me when I wanted to communicate why I had called. Finally I'm moving to another insurance because it's cheaper, customer service is better and it's easier to get an answer from them.

Mostly the advisors were friendly and helpful. I did speak to one woman who put the phone down on me when i asked her to speak slowly.
