    Absolutely horrible I would give them zero stars if I could…no one ever picks up the phone or calls you back, they cancelled my mutuelle 2 days before its end date without any notice…horrible and disgusting agency will never recommend

    Almost inexistent and very unprofessional costumer service. I can not enter in my account and the customer service have no idea about how to solve it, they say it's the fault of the social security (when it's not true), etc. I have already report 4 times this problem by phone and email in french all the times, so they understood the problem, and they are not able to give me a solution. Before this current problem, I was waiting that Vivinter process my "attestation de droits" to get the link with the social security for months... Nowadays it is nearly one year that I have Vivinter as a mutuelle but I do not have service, as it is one problem right after other with this mutuelle. I would not recommend such a (inexistent) service to anyone. I will change after I get my payments back (if I can some day).

    Zero star. They made tons of mistakes in very important documents, their webpage is useless, they refused reimbursement even though I had a right to get reimbursement, and they never apologize. I have never seen such an impolite behavior. I strongly recommend that you stop using this company. After the company saw this comment, I received phone call with apology, but it made me more irritated. Before posting the comment, I sent messages three times via MY PAGE, but they have never explained the reason of reimbursement refusal (of course they were wrong) and never apologized. However after I posted the comment here, they responded correctly and immediately, meaning that they just care the exposed reputation, but they don't see their customers. It is obvious by seeing other comments here. Next time I will see if they improve their response or not, and if I can feel better, I will rewrite this comment. 20190516 updated The rate should be minus. I received an email again telling that they cannot reimburse without reason. AGAIN, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    - make many errors in claims. Have to write, rewrite and rewrite to them. Their replies are NOT clear. if you don't check closely, you would have many claims that stay unreimbursed. - many errors in their client account page. making the followup unmanageable. And the made no excuse for their mistake as if these are normal. - they even make mistakes on ppl's account, i.e., linked my account to someone else's and lost mine. I wonder how could this happen with an unique social security number? - ppl who answer the phone call are super unprofessional, including each and every person whom I talked to, including hanging up on clients, no clear in their explanations, etc.

    Fast, good service in alignment with my workplace They quickly reply and always follow as per guarantee the claims. The website pages and apps are fast and always works unless in maintenance. The call center is also responsive and helpful. I do recommend vivinter as health insurance, specially if it is in contract with your workplace

    I have been using this mutuelle for 4 months now as it is mandatory in the work contract with my institute. I have sent them all the documents required to open the rights and carte tiers payant for my wife as a beneficiary, but the card is still not ready. Sent so many messages, many unreachable calls, still not a response or update. Update: Vivinter has sent me an email and updated the carte tiers payant within 5 days since I wrote this review.

    THE WORST & owned by KERIALIS, another waste of space. I have been on sick leave since Jan 2020, and they do not send me any money ! I have rent & food to pay, and THEY NEVER are proactive & NEVER respond to my email..don't want to talk to them anymore, stories are all lies of "why" i am not getting paid..They have the montly reports from my doc & the FR govt...but STILL NO money. if i was in the USA, i would report them as fraud to the BBB.
