    Months delays in approvals, completely legitimate claims remain "under processing", no reasons given. Previously, at least they used to come up with random excuses and arbitrary never ending document requests to delay refunds, hoping the customer would give up and go away. Now it's just silence.

    It is not fast enough for emergency situations in Africa where I'm based. Ivory Coast. Hospital refused me till they have confirmation from the insurance . It took one hour to have the mail while I was dealing with 40 degrees of temperature and the rest of symptoms of malaria. As I said not the care you need in emergency situations. In normal visits to the doctor is good.

    The worse experience you can possibly have. Claims are rejected for no valid reason with no chance of appeal. You would be better off keeping the money and using it for medical bills.

    A lot of backlog with my claims (more than 3 months) and a poor service level. It used to be a very good insurance for expats but not anymore.

    They will not pay for your medical claims even if you have an emergency situation. Do not use.
