    Do not buy insurance from this group! We bought the insurance because it was stated we would get refunded if could not attend. Long and behold, the concert date was moved up a week early. We are unable to attend as I already had prior work travel plans. Submitted all the documentation showing my flights, etc. We again were denied a refund! It is not our fault the musician changed his plans. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE from them, you will not get your money back if your plans change!!

    Absolutely horrific company. It has been the worst experience of my life! Whatever you do don’t get an insurance from them. They don’t reply to emails, the customer service is incabable of communicating with other departments. They won’t even reply to my request to cancel my contract, not to speak of my complaint about the awful service. I was travelling for one month, and they couldn’t confirm to me that I had insurance until the day after I returned from my travel. All because of them having a bug in their system so my payment wouldn’t go through. They kept saying my trip will be covered provided that I pay. But I was not in control of the payment. I had given them a SEPA mandate and they had confirmed multiple times that they had received it, but it took them one year and one month to activate it!!!!! Unbelievable!!! I was terrified that something would happen during my trip and they would refuse to pay for it. Luckily for me nothing big happened, but the emotional stress was bad... Ruined my trip. And now I had to block future payments through my bank because they won’t reply to my cancellation request. And they don’t take cancellations per phone. It’s the most unprofessional company I’ve ever come across.

    One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any sort of business, insurance especially. I purchased concert tickets through ticketmaster, and was offered insurance - the only information about said insurance was that I would be refunded if I could not attend. I purchased the tickets and insurance, and only found out after the purchases that the insurance was through a third party agency (Allianz). I was unable to attend the event, and when I tried to file a claim, I was told I would need proof that I couldn't attend, such as a hospital bill. None of this information was provided when I purchased the insurance, so I sent them an email with the promise of a response within 48 hours. Four days later, I still haven't heard back, and I'm left with tickets I can't use, and useless insurance. Never trust your money to Allianz.

    We couldn't go on a trip due to the death of my father (who booked this trip). We handed in everything they needed to have and still they are being super difficult giving our money back, while my father paid for the complete travellers insurance. This really has been constraining our grieving process since it has been taking forever to resolve this. Very disstatisfied with this company.

    Do not be fooled - any good reviews on any sites are just for ALLIANZ giving information and quotes trying to GAIN your business, the true service, or lack thereof, comes out when one needs to submit a claim !! We have 2 properties and a vehicle insured with ALLIANZ through Julien-Pierre Dauby at ALLIANZ Eymoutiers. We then had burst pipes flooding the ground floor in one of our properties and it has now taken 2 months before being finalised. We went in to see Dauby on the day of the Sinistre and he was not interested, ushering us out of his office as quickly as possible saying he would phone us back on the Monday, which he didn't do therefore we had to chase him ..... The ALLIANZ emergency department, whom we rang on the same day, also said they would have a Plumber ring us within the hour but, again no-one phoned, once again we had to chase but never received replies . 6 weeks later we finally had to use a plumber we knew. The associated ALLIANZ companies Polyexpert and AAD Phenix allocated to us, also never replied to any of our emails, never supplying Tradespeople or references to tradespeople until I finally received help from a great employee in the ALLIANZ complaints department, who would contact them every time they didn't answer. However when she managed to finally get the above 2 companies to send tradespeople to quote, not one of them ever sent quotes to us until I asked her to chase them. After finally being told we would be paid I was still chasing them for the money 9 days later .... It is the worst experience of customer service I have experienced in any country. ALLIANZ in Australia, England or US may be good but steer clear of them in France !!
