    I will give them less than one star if I can, please avoid them at any cost. I missed the payment deadline because I was travelling and didn’t check emails. After I paid them and they received the money, they informed me they won’t validate the contract. Okay fine, they have validated reason to refuse the service but they refused to refund my money back!!! They said in the email like a mafia: “no, you won’t get your money back” Give my money back if you are not going to provide the insurance service, their behaviour is just not legal, not to mention any customer service.

    Stay away from this agent, avoid felling prey to the con man! I have a residential insurance contract with this agent last year. As a foreigner, I was not aware the contract is auto-renewed, so I changed to other insurer upon one year period. I contacted with them in this July as they kept sending letter requesting for payment, they told me I still owe money to them because the contract is auto-renewed, I should ask my new insurer to cancel the contract. However, after I did the payment to them at end of July and was trying to let the new insurer to work with them on cancellation, they told me my contract was already canceled two months ago in May because of unpaid. Now the payment which covering the period till 2020 couldn't be returned, and they will not deal with the payment and asked me to directly contact with the insurance company Allianz. If any body future has the same issue, don't pay and let them to cancel your contract. Because they will told you the contract stay active till you paid and a procedure to go before it could be canceled. Once your paid, you will know you have no contract at all, and lost your money.

    Expats beware! This company will kindly take your money, but then makes it unnecessarily complicated to terminate your contract. Please avoid at any cost.
