    I have been a customer of AXA (Civray) for 18 Years. Have always had a wonderful service. Had recommended then to many people in the past and will in the Future. Thank you as always for your recent help this March.

    Since 2002 I have been dealing with this agency which was originally based in the centre of Civray. The location was perfect and the service I received was excellent. Typically I would visit 4 or 5 times a year sometimes by appointment to discuss my various contracts and other times with simple queries which were usually dealt with immediately. In the intervening years the office has moved, first to Savigne and then in February 2023 that officer closed and the business transferred to Chef Boutonne which is 60km + and more than an hour away. Not therefore very convenient for me though I can understand why this move was made. Since then I have been conducting my business by email which is fine up to a point but I recently had a problem when amending my Habitation insurance because I believed I had done everything required of me but had failed to electronically sign the documents. My fault, but that didn't happen in the past when I was sitting in the office. Additionally I am being encouraged by AXA to conduct more and more of my business on line. I am therefore at a stage in my life when I am more likely to need face to face personal service, that facility has been withdrawn. Not a comforting thought.

    Sonia was extremly helpful and helped me make a claim as I am English and my French is very poor she managed the process for me and confirmed it in writting. Sonia also helped me login to the AXA app as i was having problems. Very impressed and great credit to the Agency in Chef boutonne. Thanks Sonia.

    Whilst continuing to be professional, efficient and friendly I am very disappointed that my house insurance would appear to cover me for nothing. Claiming for plasterboard repair I fell and put my head through iI am told it is not covered becuse I did it!
