    Cyril has been an absolute treasure!! He has gone the extra mile for us and contacted the bank to provide us with a cheque book and card, (we were struggling as the app is in French). He answers promptly to emails and is friendly, professional and polite. He is a massive credit to the AXA team! Thank you, Cyril!!

    What wonderful support we had from Cyril & the AXA team after we were made homeless November 2023 after a storm destroyed our home. We currently have all our insurance now with Axa & after such an experience of a team, who knows how to do things correctly we will spread the word here in France.     I highly recommend the AXA Agency from Charles Surun. As a foreigner who recently moved to France without speaking the language, finding proper insurance and professionals to work with is challenging.     I rate highly this Le Dorat agency. My French is bad, but their English is so good. They are attentive, swift, efficient and essential in this busy world, they help beyond the necessary. There is no waiting on the phone which is unheard of nowadays. Maybe the best branch in the insurance 'world'

    I have used AXA Le Dorat for all of my insurances for the last 20 years and am happy to confirm that they have always always been incredibly helpful and efficient. My enquiries are always answered straight away and heaven forbid should I have had an accident or problem the have always been there to help and assist. For me it makes a massive différence to be able to actually speak to someone on the telephone without being put on hold for an hour at a call centre.
