    Marie-Laure WAUENZELL has been extremely helpful and patient with a not very good French speaker! Her English is excellent, and she has been very helpful and accommodating in her concern and advice. Any and all problems were sorted out immediately, and I am very pleased with the service received and the whole ethos of her company. Will continue to avail of her services for excellent prices and friendly communication. Highly recommended.

    I recently received an unsolicited review of my vehicle and property insurances from a major insurance company. Having been a client of your agency, in one form or another, for 16 years I asked Mme Marie-Laure Wauenzel to compare the quotes with my current Generali insurances. Very promptly, and with excellent attention to detail, Marie-Laure responded with some useful amendments to our policies that reduced premiums to be close to those from the other company whilst preserving a sound level of cover. Once again, her personal service, and that of the Eauze agency overall, have convinced me to remain your client; thank you to all the team.

    I've been using the Prevencia insurance agency since arriving in France, initially because they provide an English-language service. Although French has become less of a problem over the years, I have continued to use them because they offer a good service with competitive quotes compared to other. A responsive and personal service that also rewards loyalty.

    After 18 years of owning a house in the Gers, we have just sold to new French owners which gives me the opportunity of saying how helpful Prevencia Eauze have been to me and my family during that time.     We have had splendid service with our car insurance since 2015 when we imported our right hand drive Peugeot 206. We were given a very helpful step by step guide to gaining French registration (carte grise) which was then easily secured from our Préfecture. And, when we came to sell the other day, an equally useful guide to selling a used car in France. In the intervening years a fair no claims bonus was given on the premium and a fair price each year. Marie-Laure Waunzell accompanied our journey throughout. I would not buy car insurance anywhere else!

    After being unable to confirm coverage for our new car, on the recommendation of friends we contacted PREVENICA EAUZE for a quotation. With only two hours to solve our problem, Madame Wauenzell delivered a comprehensive auto policy (We are from USA) that was competitive and instantaneous.
