    We loved working with Axa Insurance in Pezenas and throughout our entire stay in France. Everyone we communicated with was very helpful and professional. We changed places a few times and every time they were very prompt with updating our information. We were able to communicate in English, which I have to say, was a rarity and luxury there. Very happy with the service from beginning to the end. I highly recommend this agency. Maëva was amazingly helpful and professional. Julie not only helped us find the best plan for us but she also helped us in a personal way too by recommending services we needed other than the insurance. Very happy customer. Thank you.

    We have our house and car insurance plus our mutuelle with AXA Jean Laplanche and have done so for many years. Last year we had a very problematic car insurance claim which was dealt with very professionally and thoroughly by Madame Laplanche. It was a difficult claim resolved to our satisfaction Communication from Madame Laplanche, and the rest of the team if she wasn't available, was excellent. We highly recommend this agency.

    Excellent Service! Julie was very helpful getting my first car insured in France. Insurance rates were good and she walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

    they are extremely helpful in finding out information when i have asked questions and when i needed assistance. they even helped me get car insurance when i brought the car in England and drove it back to France. I always recommend them to my friends and they have English speakers which is a huge advantage when struggling with the difficulties of the french language. i have had my business with them since 2005 when i first moved here and i anticipate keeping it with them for the future.
