    We have done all of our assurance business with Allianz - Gourdon since we moved to France in 2007. Marie-Claude and her team have always given us an exceptionally professional service. Nothing is too much trouble for them! We can recommend them without reservation for all types of assurance.

    We have had our insurances arranged by Brice for about 10 years.We have had three really good experiences recently, A) We moved house and forgot to change addresses on our Carte Gris .We received a notice of a fine on our email account which we mentioned to Mme Durand in the middle of a disccussion about something else. Mme Durand was so concerned that it might be a scam and spent quite a lot of time making sure that all the information was genuine= and it was not even an insurnce matter. B) Our car broke down on the way to Toulouse and we had great difficulty with the French on the help line to our insurers so we rang Brice and spoke to another of Mme Durands staff. They really helped us to get assistanceas we were on the side of the Motorway C)We have had an insurance claim pending for over three years, but Brice have continued to try and get a refund-even though the repayment is not large, consistently during this time. MOst other agents would have given up. We have also received very good advice on some insurance which we wanted but would not be effective in France- in short Mme Durand has acted in our interests and got us reduced premiums.
