    Jainie is always very helpful, understanding, patient and responding quickly. I feel very well taken care of. She doesn’t promise anything, but try to help as much as she can,- and I believe her! Since I unfortunately don’t speak French, it’s very reassuring for me to have her in my insurance company. Since she remembers my name I’m afraid I’ve bothered her too much with all my water leak problems, but still she is just as calm and pleasant,- just what I’ve needed the last half year ?? Now it seems that my “problems” are finally being repaired solved! ?

    The AXA staff were incredibly helpful through all steps of the process associated with opening a new account. I worked with Vincent Brun and he was lovely ! He patiently explained the different processes and systems to me as a foreigner and guided me through everything with honesty and kindness.

    When my wife and I arrived in France more than five years ago a friend suggested we contact Jainie Lebsis at AXA to look after the insurance of our car.     Since 2003, I have had an insurance with AXA that covers hospitalization. Luckily, I did not need it until a month ago. Therefore, I did not remember exactly what my insurance covered - but after a call to my English-speaking agent "Jainie" I got a full explanation that reassured me a lot. I just had to submit invoices on my "temporary self-payment" - after which AXA would take care of the refund. A fantastically friendly and really "matter-of-fact service" - and a very fast and accurate response. A really good experience. Thank you so much Jainie and AXA Mogens Pind

    Une assureur comme il en existe peu de nos jours. Mr Bonhomme exerce son métier avec beaucoup d'humanité. Il cerne très vite vos besoins. Il connaît ses produits et vous les explique. On peut lui faire confiance.
