    Amazing service! Extremely professional, courteous and helpful. When changing my car I looked online to see if I could get the insurance cheaper. However on speaking with my usual insurer Walter Limonier AXA Assurance they were able to match the cheaper online quote, not only did they do this, but they were able to assist with other questions and queries I had about the online quote. Highly recommend these guys especially as they can communicate in various languages including French, English, Spanish and Italian and certainly know their business and are efficient. Thank you so much to Tony.

    I love life in France, but, there’s always a but, and It’s not a news flash, to say that French admin. is an utter nightmare, however, Nicky and the service she provides is amazing. Nicky will be having all my business in future. AXA is a one stop shop. So don’t bother looking at the rest AXA’s the best.

    Very competant, nice staff. I read the reviews to make sure claims actually went well before I went in to ask about taking out home renovation insurance. They informed me that for a minor interior renovation, it's actually the contractor's insurance that should cover the work. The woman looked up two contractors for me and gave me the name of another. I consulted them about my neighbor issues and took out private legal assistance policy. I had homeowner's insurance and Schengen health insurance with two separate AXA brokerages and they were able to consolidate everything at this branch. It's nice to have an insurance brokerage in my neighborhood that I can pop into instead.

    Nicky was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me get the best auto insurance after emigrating to SW France. I would give her AAA+++ and a raise for her excellent service if I could!

    My experience of dealing with AXA on Rue De France has been superb . From setting up insurance a few years ago in France after a ridiculous quote from a competitor the service was excellent . I’d like to say a huge thank you and shout out to Tony who today 10th May , has made the very sad process of ceasing my insurance after the sale of my property , a seamless and hassle free event without fuss or any problems . Thank you Tony - you are truly a wonderful ambassador for AXA
